We want to ensure that your shopping experience is nothing but positive! We offer a generous 14 day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase or purchased the wrong item we will be happy to accept a return.

This Item is Brand New and actual images of item are shown in each product category

All returned products should be reasonably full of the original ProDerma Light contents. The returned product should not be less than 50% of the original weight. So if you bought a product in 4 oz. jar, your returned product cannot be less than 2 oz. No exceptions.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MAILED ALONG WITH OUR OFFICIAL RETURN FORM. DOWNLOAD IT BELOW. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU COMPLETE IT PROPERLY TO AVOID ANY DELAYS IN THE PROCESSING YOUR RETURN.

All returns are tested by our lab technicians to ensure that it is the original ProDerma Light Product.

Your refund will be credited back to your credit, debit card or PayPal account less shipping and handling upon receipt of the product.
